Pin-hole inspection System | APIS-4000F
The APIS-4000F ranks minute pinholes by size with high precision (SS, S, M, L, LL, SK, GP) and counts the number of each rank. It can be executed on a high speed line of 1000m/min.

Signal processing boards APIS-4000FS, APIS-4000FC, and APIS-4000MB are used for signal processing, and these boards realize signal processing that does not impair the linearity of the sensor. In particular, by increasing the number of APIS-4000FS, the number of connectable channels is 12ch.
In the information processing section, important data is protected by a highly reliable industrial PC and RAID mirroring, and data can be accumulated by a large-capacity HDD.
In addition, the dedicated software APIS-4000F supports English and Korean in addition to Japanese, and the screen can be converted to English and Korean with a single click.
Fully equipped with these functions, the APIS-4000F is suitable for inspection of aluminum foil, copper foil, steel plate, rubber plate, and aluminum foil for lithium-ion batteries, which have been increasing in recent years.
