Inspection method
- Insert the test powder into the test filling cylinder, cover it, perform compression operation and remove internal air.
- Push up the cylinder at the set pitch and scratch the upper layer to pick up the image.
- Image processing is performed on the captured image, defect size, shape, classification is performed, and the result image is displayed on the monitor. We will store data as well…
- Two inspection modes are selectable
・Continuous inspection mode Inspection speed priority mode, data collection only
・Defect stop mode It is possible to stop visual inspection by stopping
the inspection equipment at the time of defect occurrence. - Automatically stop at the time when the set inspection volume has been reached, save the inspection result, analyze the saved data and print the form after evaluation.
Features
【Scraping off】

【Imaging】
A 20-megapixel monochrome camera is used to capture images with a high resolution of 33 μm.

Adopting unique LED surface emitting lighting, stable inspection is possible without particle shadows even for particle-based materials.
【Cleaning (contact site)】
The parts of the contact area can be easily removed without tooling.
Select product type
Various inspection conditions can be registered and managed in the variety.
Also, when registering new varieties, you can easily register by registering existing varieties.
There is password management for registration / change of the product type so we can manage the quality condition in one unit.

Examination execution
During the inspection, the operation procedure is displayed interactively in order, so there is no need to get lost in the procedure.
One inspection can be performed by selecting the product type, preparing the workpiece, and starting the inspection.
Inspection results are recorded as result information for each inspection. You can check the size, density, image, etc. of each detected defect.

Information management
The examination result recorded by examination can be called by information management and can be confirmed.
You can search for items such as date / time, type, lot number etc. and search the desired inspection result from the list display.
When you select the inspection result, the list of individual foreign matter detected by the inspection is displayed.
Display can be sorted for each item, or defect images being inspected can be displayed in tiles in batch and confirmed.
