Pin-hole inspection System | APIS-4000B
The APIS-4000B ranks minute pinholes by size with high accuracy (3 ranks: S, M, L) and counts the number of each rank. It can be executed on a high speed line of 1000m/min.

The operation unit is equipped with a large touch panel that puts operability first, and all operations can be performed with a single touch. APIS-4000B/01 is used for the signal processing board,
The number of sensor channels that can be connected is 2 channels/1 board (up to 4 channels/2 boards possible).
Despite the simple signal processing, the detection accuracy is as good as the “APIS-4000F”, and it is possible to output a warning output by rank when a pinhole occurs.
APIS-4000B equipped with basic functions is suitable for aluminum foil inspection for lithium-ion batteries, which has been increasing in recent years, based on aluminum foil, copper foil, steel plate, and rubber plate, just like “APIS-4000F”.

APIS-4000B isn’t equipped with an information management, but a linear stop is suitable for the manufacturing line a pinhole isn’t supposed to match using a pinhole detection signal.
