Device configuration
This device is a device that allows users to perform installation connection.
Place the inspection device and the PC main unit on a horizontal table and insert the inspection device and the PC main body into two Installation is completed just by connecting with a cable.
Lineup
There are three types of ALTIS depending on the configuration of the emitter.
Please select according to inspection target / defect to be inspected.
※ ALTIS-P can be customized as an optional fish eye inspection model.

Image verification
You can call up the density measurement screen of defect images.
In the density measurement screen, you can analyze the grayscale level and size of defects.
Inspection condition setting
Up to 100 examination conditions can be registered in advance.
Inspection conditions can be set simply by specifying the type.
Waveform monitor
Adjustment of the detector (camera / projector) can be done using the waveform monitor function.
※The display language of the screen can be selected from Japanese, Korean, English when starting the device.
